Apraxia of Speech
A motor speech disorder where the brain struggles to coordinate the movements needed for speech. Therapy involves repetitive, targeted practice to improve planning and production of sounds, words, and sentences.
Articulation Disorders
Difficulty producing speech sounds correctly (e.g., saying “wabbit” for “rabbit”). Therapy focuses on sound placement, motor patterns, and practice to achieve clear, age-appropriate speech.
Auditory Processing Disorders
Affects how the brain interprets sounds, even though hearing is normal. Therapy helps improve listening skills, sound discrimination, memory, and comprehension—especially in noisy environments.
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Support for individuals with ASD often focuses on language development, social communication, and functional interaction. Therapy is tailored to each person’s needs, often including play-based and structured strategies.
Cognitive-Communication Disorders
Often the result of brain injury, stroke, or neurological conditions, these disorders impact attention, memory, problem-solving, and executive functioning. Therapy targets strategies to support everyday communication and cognitive tasks.
Fluency Disorders (e.g., Stuttering)
Therapy helps individuals who struggle with speech fluency, such as stuttering or cluttering. We focus on techniques to reduce tension, improve rhythm, and build confidence in communication.
Professional Communication Coaching
Geared toward professionals seeking to refine their public speaking, voice quality, clarity, and communication skills in the workplace. This includes presentation skills, interview preparation, and voice training.
School-Aged Language Disorders
Challenges in understanding or using language affect academic and social success. Therapy addresses vocabulary, grammar, following directions, and classroom communication to support learning.
Social Communication Disorders
Difficulties with the social use of language, including conversation skills, nonverbal cues, and understanding social norms. Often seen in individuals with ASD, ADHD, or other conditions, therapy teaches practical skills for interaction.
Speech Delay
